🍳 Crispy Bacon Tomato Wraps with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- Vine tomatoes 1 pc
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Cream cheese, plain 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Bacon 8 slices
- Eggs 8 pc
- Wraps 4 pc
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the tomatoes into 8 even slices.
- 3. Rinse the parsley and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 5. Place the chopped parsley into a small bowl.
- 6. Mix the parsley with the cream cheese.
- 7. Season the cream cheese and parsley mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- 9. Fry the bacon in the hot pan for about 2 minutes until crispy.
- 10. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate.
- 11. Place the tomato slices into the remaining fat in the pan.
- 12. Sauté the tomatoes for about 1 minute on each side.
- 13. Season the sautéed tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 14. Crack an egg and place it directly onto one of the tomato slices.
- 15. Fry the egg until the white is set and the yolk is still runny (sunny-side up).
- 16. Repeat steps 14 and 15 for the remaining tomato slices and eggs.
- 17. Warm the wraps in the same pan or another pan until they are hot.
- 18. Spread the cream cheese and parsley mixture evenly over the warm wraps.
- 19. Place the crispy bacon strips on top of the spread wraps.
- 20. Place the tomato with the fried egg on top of the bacon.
- 21. Serve the wraps immediately and enjoy your meal!
