  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Slice the tomatoes into 8 even slices.
  3. 3. Rinse the parsley and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Place the chopped parsley into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the parsley with the cream cheese.
  7. 7. Season the cream cheese and parsley mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
  9. 9. Fry the bacon in the hot pan for about 2 minutes until crispy.
  10. 10. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate.
  11. 11. Place the tomato slices into the remaining fat in the pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the tomatoes for about 1 minute on each side.
  13. 13. Season the sautéed tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Crack an egg and place it directly onto one of the tomato slices.
  15. 15. Fry the egg until the white is set and the yolk is still runny (sunny-side up).
  16. 16. Repeat steps 14 and 15 for the remaining tomato slices and eggs.
  17. 17. Warm the wraps in the same pan or another pan until they are hot.
  18. 18. Spread the cream cheese and parsley mixture evenly over the warm wraps.
  19. 19. Place the crispy bacon strips on top of the spread wraps.
  20. 20. Place the tomato with the fried egg on top of the bacon.
  21. 21. Serve the wraps immediately and enjoy your meal!
