🥤 Fruity Berry and Nut Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Bananas 3 pcs.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Walnut kernels 80 g
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Milk 100 ml
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Oat flakes, fine 8 tbsp
- Chia seeds 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries and blueberries under running water.
- 2. Peel the bananas.
- 3. Slice one of the bananas into thin rounds.
- 4. Cut the lime in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 6. Put the walnuts into the mixing container.
- 7. Crush the walnuts for 7 seconds on speed level 5.
- 8. Transfer the crushed walnuts into a small bowl.
- 9. Add half of the washed berries to the mixing container.
- 10. Add the remaining two whole bananas to the mixing container.
- 11. Add the yogurt to the mixing container.
- 12. Add the milk to the mixing container.
- 13. Add the agave syrup to the mixing container.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the mixing container.
- 15. Puree the mixture for 30 seconds on speed level 8.
- 16. Distribute the smoothie onto several bowls.
- 17. Sprinkle the bowls with the crushed walnuts.
- 18. Sprinkle the bowls with oat flakes.
- 19. Place the banana slices on the bowls.
- 20. Sprinkle the bowls with chia seeds.
- 21. Decorate the bowls with the remaining fresh berries.
- 22. Serve the bowls immediately.
