🍳 Breakfast Porridge Bowl

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 160 g
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- honey 2 tbsp
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- hazelnut kernels, whole 4 tbsp
- raspberries, fresh 150 g
- blueberries, fresh 150 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. For the porridge, combine oat flakes and a pinch of salt in a pot with milk. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the milk is fully absorbed. Finish with 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon.
- 2. Heat a pan without fat over medium temperature. Toast the hazelnuts for about 2 minutes and then chop coarsely.
- 3. Wash the raspberries and blueberries thoroughly and drain well.
- 4. Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally into thin slices.
- 5. Distribute the cinnamon porridge evenly onto bowls. Garnish with banana slices, hazelnuts, and blueberries and serve the breakfast bowl. Enjoy your meal!
