  1. 1. For the porridge, combine oat flakes and a pinch of salt in a pot with milk. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the milk is fully absorbed. Finish with 1 tbsp honey and cinnamon.
  2. 2. Heat a pan without fat over medium temperature. Toast the hazelnuts for about 2 minutes and then chop coarsely.
  3. 3. Wash the raspberries and blueberries thoroughly and drain well.
  4. 4. Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally into thin slices.
  5. 5. Distribute the cinnamon porridge evenly onto bowls. Garnish with banana slices, hazelnuts, and blueberries and serve the breakfast bowl. Enjoy your meal!
