🍳 Breakfast Muesli Pizza

Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pcs.
- Hazelnuts, whole 20 g
- Walnut kernels 20 g
- Oat flakes, hearty 200 g
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Chia seeds 20 g
- Cinnamon pinch
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Kiwi 2 pcs.
- Soy yogurt 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper.
- 3. Peel the bananas.
- 4. Put the nuts into the mixing container.
- 5. Crush the nuts for 4 seconds on speed 6.
- 6. Transfer the crushed nuts into a separate bowl.
- 7. Add the bananas, oat flakes, one tablespoon of agave syrup, chia seeds, and a pinch of cinnamon to the mixing container.
- 8. Mix the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 9. Place the muesli dough into the prepared springform pan.
- 10. Press the dough flat with a spoon.
- 11. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 12. Wash the blueberries and raspberries in the meantime.
- 13. Let the berries drain.
- 14. Peel the kiwis.
- 15. Slice the kiwis.
- 16. Take the muesli pizza out of the oven.
- 17. Let the pizza cool down briefly.
- 18. Spread the bottom with soy yogurt.
- 19. Top the pizza as desired with the fruits and the crushed nuts.
- 20. Cut the pizza into pieces.
- 21. Drizzle the pieces with agave syrup.
- 22. Serve the pizza and enjoy.
