🍰 Crunchy Muesli Trifle with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
- Bananas 1 pc
- Grapes, white 200 g
- Apples, red 1 pc
- Oranges 1 pc
- Mint, fresh 5 g
- Quark 40 % fat in trace 250 g
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Crispy Muesli 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
- 2. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 3. Halve the grapes if you prefer.
- 4. Wash the apple and cut it in half.
- 5. Remove the core from the apple halves.
- 6. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Place all the prepared fruit into a large bowl.
- 8. Peel the orange completely using a sharp knife.
- 9. Make sure to remove the white pith under the peel as well.
- 10. Cut out the fruit segments using V-shaped cuts.
- 11. Hold the bowl with the fruit underneath so the juice drips in.
- 12. Wash the mint and shake it well to dry.
- 13. Set aside four nice mint leaves for decoration.
- 14. Finely chop the remaining mint.
- 15. Stir the chopped mint into the fruit salad.
- 16. Whisk the quark and yogurt together in a separate bowl.
- 17. Sweeten the mixture to taste with honey.
- 18. Divide the fruit salad evenly among four glasses.
- 19. Pour the yogurt cream over the fruit in the glasses.
- 20. Sprinkle the crunchy muesli generously on top.
- 21. Garnish each glass with one of the reserved mint leaves.
- 22. Serve the trifle immediately for breakfast.
