  1. 1. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
  2. 2. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. 3. Halve the grapes if you prefer.
  4. 4. Wash the apple and cut it in half.
  5. 5. Remove the core from the apple halves.
  6. 6. Dice the apple flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Place all the prepared fruit into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Peel the orange completely using a sharp knife.
  9. 9. Make sure to remove the white pith under the peel as well.
  10. 10. Cut out the fruit segments using V-shaped cuts.
  11. 11. Hold the bowl with the fruit underneath so the juice drips in.
  12. 12. Wash the mint and shake it well to dry.
  13. 13. Set aside four nice mint leaves for decoration.
  14. 14. Finely chop the remaining mint.
  15. 15. Stir the chopped mint into the fruit salad.
  16. 16. Whisk the quark and yogurt together in a separate bowl.
  17. 17. Sweeten the mixture to taste with honey.
  18. 18. Divide the fruit salad evenly among four glasses.
  19. 19. Pour the yogurt cream over the fruit in the glasses.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the crunchy muesli generously on top.
  21. 21. Garnish each glass with one of the reserved mint leaves.
  22. 22. Serve the trifle immediately for breakfast.
