🍳 Yogurt Toast with Berries

Ingredients
- Sour cream yogurt Greek style 250 g
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Put the yogurt, the egg, one tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon into a bowl.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 4. Place the toast bread slices side by side on a baking sheet.
- 5. Press the center of each bread slice flat with a spoon.
- 6. Distribute the yogurt cream evenly over the prepared toast slices.
- 7. Place the tray in the oven and bake the toasts for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Wash the blueberries under running water.
- 9. Let the blueberries drain well in a sieve.
- 10. Take the finished toasts out of the oven.
- 11. Place the toasts on the plates.
- 12. Garnish the toasts with the blueberries.
- 13. Drizzle some leftover honey over the toasts.
- 14. Serve the breakfast immediately.
