  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put the yogurt, the egg, one tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon into a bowl.
  3. 3. Whisk the ingredients in the bowl well together.
  4. 4. Place the toast bread slices side by side on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Press the center of each bread slice flat with a spoon.
  6. 6. Distribute the yogurt cream evenly over the prepared toast slices.
  7. 7. Place the tray in the oven and bake the toasts for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the blueberries under running water.
  9. 9. Let the blueberries drain well in a sieve.
  10. 10. Take the finished toasts out of the oven.
  11. 11. Place the toasts on the plates.
  12. 12. Garnish the toasts with the blueberries.
  13. 13. Drizzle some leftover honey over the toasts.
  14. 14. Serve the breakfast immediately.
