Ingredients
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Apples, red 1 pc.
- Mini Romaine 4 pcs.
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the radishes.
- 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 4. Peel the carrots.
- 5. Remove the hard ends of the carrots.
- 6. Grate the carrots coarsely.
- 7. Wash the apple.
- 8. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 9. Remove the core and seeds from the apple pieces.
- 10. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 11. Separate the individual lettuce leaves from the head.
- 12. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 14. Let the lettuce leaves drain well.
- 15. Halve the shallot.
- 16. Peel the shallot.
- 17. Dice the shallot very finely.
- 18. Place the finely diced shallot into a bowl.
- 19. Add the mustard to the shallot.
- 20. Pour the olive oil over the mixture.
- 21. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 22. Mix everything well together.
- 23. Season the dressing with salt.
- 24. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 25. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.
- 26. Toss the ingredients and dressing thoroughly.
- 27. Serve the salad onto plates.
