  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put 125 grams of quark, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, and flour into a bowl.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator.
  6. 6. Bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  7. 7. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  8. 8. Wash the broccoli florets.
  9. 9. Cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes in the boiling water.
  10. 10. Drain the broccoli.
  11. 11. Shock the broccoli with cold water.
  12. 12. Let the broccoli drain well.
  13. 13. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  14. 14. Halve the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Put the tomatoes in a bowl.
  16. 16. Mix the tomatoes with ½ teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  17. 17. Put the remaining quark, 3 tablespoons of milk, and 3 eggs into a separate bowl.
