🍰 Your Homemade Fruit Rum Pot

Ingredients
- pineapple 1 pc.
- kiwi 3 pc.
- apricots, fresh 5 pc.
- peaches 4 pc.
- mango 1 pc.
- brown sugar 400 g
- vanilla sugar 4 tsp
- white rum 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into quarters.
- 2. Remove the hard core and stem from the pineapple.
- 3. Cut the soft pineapple flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the kiwis.
- 5. Cut the kiwis in half.
- 6. Slice the kiwi halves into thick rounds.
- 7. Place the apricots and peaches in a bowl with hot water.
- 8. Blanch the fruits briefly (cook briefly in boiling water).
- 9. Cut the apricots and peaches in half.
- 10. Cut the fruit halves into wedges.
- 11. Peel the mango.
- 12. Separate the mango flesh from the pit.
- 13. Dice the mango flesh.
- 14. Put all the prepared fruits into a large, clean jar.
- 15. Sprinkle sugar over the fruits.
- 16. Add vanilla sugar.
- 17. Mix the fruits well with the sugar.
- 18. Pour in rum until the fruits are completely covered.
- 19. Cover the jar.
- 20. Let the pot steep for about 5 to 7 days.
- 21. Serve the fruit rum pot as a dessert.
- 22. You can also serve it with cake or ice cream.
