  2. 2. Remove the core from the apple.
  3. 3. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the banana completely.
  5. 5. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Rinse the grapes under cold water.
  7. 7. Wash the orange thoroughly.
  8. 8. Peel the orange with a sharp knife until no white pith remains.
  9. 9. Cut out the fruit segments from the membranes using V-shaped cuts to get clean segments.
  10. 10. Cut the plums into small cubes.
  11. 11. Cut the figs into small cubes.
  12. 12. Place the dried fruits and almonds into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add the oat flakes to the bowl with the dried fruits and almonds.
  14. 14. Mix the dried fruits, almonds, and oat flakes well together.
  15. 15. Take a separate bowl for the cream.
  16. 16. Add the quark to the separate bowl.
  17. 17. Add the yogurt to the quark.
  18. 18. Add the honey to the quark-yogurt mixture.
  19. 19. Stir the quark, yogurt, and honey thoroughly until a smooth cream forms.
  20. 20. Distribute the yogurt-quark cream evenly onto the serving bowls.
  21. 21. Add the prepared fresh fruits on top of the cream.
  22. 22. Add the muesli made of dried fruits and oat flakes.
  23. 23. Serve the muesli immediately.
