🍳 Fruit Muesli with Yogurt and Quark Cream

Ingredients
- Apples, red 1 pc
- Bananas 1 pc
- White grapes 100 g
- Oranges 1 pc
- Dried plums 30 g
- Soft figs, dried 30 g
- Almonds, sliced 4 tbsp
- Oat flakes, fine 150 g
- Quark 40% fat in dry matter 500 g
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the core from the apple.
- 3. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the banana completely.
- 5. Slice the banana into thin rounds.
- 6. Rinse the grapes under cold water.
- 7. Wash the orange thoroughly.
- 8. Peel the orange with a sharp knife until no white pith remains.
- 9. Cut out the fruit segments from the membranes using V-shaped cuts to get clean segments.
- 10. Cut the plums into small cubes.
- 11. Cut the figs into small cubes.
- 12. Place the dried fruits and almonds into a bowl.
- 13. Add the oat flakes to the bowl with the dried fruits and almonds.
- 14. Mix the dried fruits, almonds, and oat flakes well together.
- 15. Take a separate bowl for the cream.
- 16. Add the quark to the separate bowl.
- 17. Add the yogurt to the quark.
- 18. Add the honey to the quark-yogurt mixture.
- 19. Stir the quark, yogurt, and honey thoroughly until a smooth cream forms.
- 20. Distribute the yogurt-quark cream evenly onto the serving bowls.
- 21. Add the prepared fresh fruits on top of the cream.
- 22. Add the muesli made of dried fruits and oat flakes.
- 23. Serve the muesli immediately.
