  1. 1. Put dried fruits, nuts, and almonds into the mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Puree the ingredients for two minutes on the highest speed setting.
  3. 3. Push the mixture down from the sides with a spatula in between.
  4. 4. Lay 16 rice paper wrappers flat on a work surface.
  5. 5. Take a wet spatula and place a dollop of the fruit mixture onto each wrapper.
  6. 6. Spread the mixture smooth with the spatula.
  7. 7. Place another rice paper wrapper on top.
  8. 8. Press the sandwich lightly.
  9. 9. Pack the bars airtight or serve them immediately.
