Ingredients
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- Soft apricots, dried and pitted 100 g
- Dried plums 100 g
- Walnut kernels 100 g
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 50 g
- Almonds, whole 50 g
- Baking wafers 16 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Put dried fruits, nuts, and almonds into the mixing bowl.
- 2. Puree the ingredients for two minutes on the highest speed setting.
- 3. Push the mixture down from the sides with a spatula in between.
- 4. Lay 16 rice paper wrappers flat on a work surface.
- 5. Take a wet spatula and place a dollop of the fruit mixture onto each wrapper.
- 6. Spread the mixture smooth with the spatula.
- 7. Place another rice paper wrapper on top.
- 8. Press the sandwich lightly.
- 9. Pack the bars airtight or serve them immediately.
