  1. 1. In a pan, roast the hazelnuts without fat over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes. Then let them cool down a bit and chop them coarsely.
  2. 2. Wash the mangoes, peel them, and cut the flesh away from the pit, then cut into coarse cubes. Peel the bananas and cut them into coarse pieces as well. In a tall container, puree three quarters of the prepared fruit with the quark.
  3. 3. Wash the blueberries, drain them, and mix them in a bowl with the remaining fruit and the nuts. Divide the fruit quark onto bowls and garnish with the blueberry-nut mix. Enjoy your meal!
