🍳 Fruit Quark with Nuts

Ingredients
- whole hazelnut kernels 80 g
- Mango 2 pcs.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Quark 40% fat in dry matter 500 g
- Fresh blueberries 100 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pan, roast the hazelnuts without fat over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes. Then let them cool down a bit and chop them coarsely.
- 2. Wash the mangoes, peel them, and cut the flesh away from the pit, then cut into coarse cubes. Peel the bananas and cut them into coarse pieces as well. In a tall container, puree three quarters of the prepared fruit with the quark.
- 3. Wash the blueberries, drain them, and mix them in a bowl with the remaining fruit and the nuts. Divide the fruit quark onto bowls and garnish with the blueberry-nut mix. Enjoy your meal!
