  1. 1. Put 500 grams of berries, the tonka bean, and the sugar into a pot.
  2. 2. Mix the starch with the water and add the mixture to the fruit.
  3. 3. Let the fruit mixture simmer for two to three minutes until it thickens.
  4. 4. Pour the warm fruit filling into a bowl and let it cool down.
  5. 5. Whip the fridge-cold cream in a bowl until stiff.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the skyr, the powdered sugar, and the vanilla extract into the cream.
  7. 7. Place the vanilla cream in the refrigerator for further processing.
  8. 8. Prepare six glasses of your choice.
  9. 9. Add two tablespoons of the cooled fruit filling to each glass.
  10. 10. Fill the vanilla cream into a piping bag with a star tip.
  11. 11. Distribute the cream evenly over the fruit filling in the glasses.
  12. 12. Decorate the desserts with frozen berries, two chocolate stars, and chopped hazelnuts.
