Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- mango 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 1 pc.
- arugula 25 g
- pumpkin seed bread 8 slices
- butter 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- butter cheese slices 2 slices
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half.
- 2. Remove the outer skin of the onion.
- 3. Slice the onion into thin rings.
- 4. Peel the mango.
- 5. Separate the mango flesh from the pit.
- 6. Slice the mango flesh into thin pieces.
- 7. Wash the tomato thoroughly.
- 8. Slice the tomato into thin pieces.
- 9. Wash the arugula.
- 10. Dry the arugula well.
- 11. Spread some butter on the bread slices.
- 12. Place four slices of tomato on the bread slices.
- 13. Place the onion rings on the tomato.
- 14. Lightly salt the topped bread slices.
- 15. Lightly pepper the topped bread slices.
- 16. Halve the cheese slices.
- 17. Place the halved cheese slices on the bread slices.
- 18. Place the ham on the cheese slices.
- 19. Place the mango slices on the ham.
- 20. Place the arugula on the mango.
- 21. Cover the topped bread slices with the remaining bread slices.
- 22. Cut the sandwiches in half.
- 23. Plate the sandwiches.
