Ingredients
- Spinach 200 g
- Limes 1 pcs
- Bananas 1 pcs
- Pineapple 200 g
- Coconut milk 400 ml
- Water 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water and let it drain well.
- 2. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
- 3. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
- 4. Peel the pineapple and cut the flesh into small chunks.
- 5. Place the spinach, lime, banana, pineapple, coconut milk, water, and one tablespoon of lime juice into a tall container.
- 6. Blend all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
- 7. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
