  5. 5. Rinse the dill under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the dill dry.
  7. 7. Finely chop the dill.
  8. 8. Cut the onion in half.
  9. 9. Peel the onion.
  10. 10. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
  11. 11. Add balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey to a small bowl.
  12. 12. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
  13. 13. Slowly stir the oil into the dressing in a thin stream.
