🥗 Sweet and Sour Cherry Salad with Dill

Ingredients
- cherries, fresh 300 g
- salad mix 150 g
- dill, fresh 15 g
- onions, red 1 pcs
- balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- oil 3 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cherries thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Halve the cherries and remove the pits.
- 3. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 4. Dry the salad, for example using a salad spinner.
- 5. Rinse the dill under running water.
- 6. Shake the dill dry.
- 7. Finely chop the dill.
- 8. Cut the onion in half.
- 9. Peel the onion.
- 10. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
- 11. Add balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey to a small bowl.
- 12. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
- 13. Slowly stir the oil into the dressing in a thin stream.
- 14. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Place the dry salad, chopped dill, and onion cubes into a large bowl.
- 16. Toss the vegetables and herbs with the dressing.
- 17. Plate the salad.
- 18. Sprinkle the plated salad with the halved cherries.
