🥗 Fruity Salad with Camembert

Ingredients
- salad mix 300 g
- raspberries, fresh 150 g
- honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- shallots 1 pc.
- camembert 200 g
- honey 1 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- herbs of Provence, dried 0.5 tsp
- olive oil 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Tear the salad leaves into smaller pieces as needed, wash thoroughly, and drain well. Rinse the raspberries. Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and form balls with a melon baller. Halve the shallot, peel, and finely chop. Cut the camembert into cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the shallot well with honey, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence. Stir in the olive oil vigorously and season to taste.
