🥗 Sweet and Sour Salad with Apricots and Ham

Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 2 pcs
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Apricots, fresh 200 g
- Serrano ham 150 g
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 2. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Spin the lettuce dry.
- 4. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 5. Dice the onion finely.
- 6. Wash the apricots.
- 7. Halve the apricots.
- 8. Remove the pits from the apricots.
- 9. Crumble the ham roughly with your hands.
- 10. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey together in a bowl.
- 11. Stir in the olive oil slowly in a thin stream.
- 12. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 13. Toss the lettuce, apricots, and onions with the dressing.
- 14. Plate the salad.
- 15. Top the salad with the ham.
