🥗 Fruity Rice Salad with Apple and Celery

Ingredients
- Long-grain rice 300 g
- Salt Pinch
- White grapes 100 g
- Celery 0.25 pcs
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Apples, red 1 pcs
- Valley lettuce 50 g
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Apple juice 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice and 450 milliliters of salted water into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Let the rice cook for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the washed grapes.
- 6. Rinse the celery.
- 7. Slice the celery into thin slices.
- 8. Wash the lemon.
- 9. Halve the lemon.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 11. Wash the apple.
- 12. Quarter the apple.
- 13. Remove the core from the apple.
- 14. Grate the apple coarsely.
- 15. Mix the grated apple with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 16. Wash the lamb's lettuce.
- 17. Spin the lamb's lettuce dry in a salad spinner.
- 18. Put honey, apple juice, olive oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 19. Whisk the dressing ingredients well.
- 20. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.
- 21. Mix everything well together.
- 22. Season the salad to taste.
- 23. Plate the salad on dishes.
- 24. Serve the salad.
