🍳 Fruity Quinoa Nut Porridge

Ingredients
- milk 550 ml
- whipping cream 200 g
- cinnamon pinch
- salt pinch
- quinoa 250 g
- walnut kernels 50 g
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- bananas 3 pcs
- oranges 1 pcs
- sour cream Greek style 250 g
- mango 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. In a medium pot, heat the milk, the cream, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt until it boils. Rinse the quinoa in a sieve, drain it, and then add it to the boiling milk. Cook over low to medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Chop the walnuts finely. After the cooking time, mix the nuts and the cane sugar into the porridge and remove the pot from the heat. Let it swell covered for about 10 minutes.
- 3. In the meantime, peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Halve the orange and squeeze it. Mix the mashed bananas with Greek yogurt and the orange juice.
- 4. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the pit and dice it finely. Divide the quinoa nut porridge onto four bowls. Arrange the yogurt banana cream and the mango cubes on top and enjoy the fruity quinoa nut porridge. Bon appétit!
