🍽️ Sweet and Sour Melon Salad with Ham

Ingredients
- Honeydew melon 1 pc.
- Mini cucumbers 4 pc.
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Basil, fresh 25 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Peel off the skin with a knife.
- 4. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 6. Slice the cucumbers diagonally into thin rounds.
- 7. Rinse the mint and basil.
- 8. Shake the herbs dry.
- 9. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 10. Chop the herbs finely.
- 11. Wash the lemon.
- 12. Finely grate about 1 teaspoon of the zest.
- 13. Halve the lemon.
- 14. Squeeze out the juice.
- 15. Put the lemon zest into a bowl.
- 16. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 17. Add olive oil.
- 18. Add honey.
- 19. Mix the ingredients well.
- 20. Season with salt and pepper.
- 21. Add the melon cubes to the bowl.
- 22. Add the cucumber slices.
- 23. Add the chopped herbs.
- 24. Toss everything with the dressing.
- 25. Tear the Serrano ham into rough pieces.
- 26. Place the ham on top of the salad.
