🍽️ Fruity Cheese Salad with Walnuts and Pear

Ingredients
- Emmental cheese block 400 g
- walnut kernels 60 g
- pears 2 pcs.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- rustic mild bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Emmental cheese into approximately 1 cm cubes. Coarsely chop the walnuts and toast them in a dry pan over medium heat.
- 2. Wash the pears, halve them, remove the stem and seeds, and slice them into about 0.5 cm thick wedges. Halve the onion, peel it, and slice it into thin rings. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and cut them into fine strips.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, and mustard thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 4. Combine all ingredients in the bowl with the dressing. Arrange the cheese salad with walnuts and pear on plates and serve with bread.
