🍽️ Fruit Chicken Wrap with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 250 g
- salad cucumbers 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 5 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- peaches 2 pc.
- vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- Pak Choi 1 pc.
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- sour cream 150 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- oil 1 tbsp
- wraps 8 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Take the chicken breast fillets out of the fridge and let them warm up to room temperature.
- 2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice or grate it into very thin slices.
- 3. Clean the dill and parsley, shake them dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 4. Chop the dill and parsley leaves separately into small pieces.
- 5. Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into cubes.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into cubes as well.
- 7. Clean the pak choi, halve it, remove the hard stem, and slice it into thin strips.
- 8. Place the cucumber slices in a bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped dill, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the cucumber and mix everything well.
- 10. Take a small cup and stir the sour cream with the chopped parsley leaf, salt, pepper, and sugar until smooth.
- 11. Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 12. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
- 13. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 14. Fry the chicken cubes for about 4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- 15. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 16. Stir in the pak choi, peach cubes, and tomato cubes into the chicken.
- 17. Continue to fry the mixture for another 5 minutes.
- 18. Finally, season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Place the wraps on cling film.
- 20. Spread a thin layer of the sour cream mixture onto the wraps.
- 21. Place the chicken and vegetable filling in the center of the wraps.
- 22. Fold in the sides of the wraps by about 3 centimeters.
- 23. Roll the wraps tightly from bottom to top using the film.
- 24. Season the cucumber salad once more with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 25. Arrange the cucumber salad in bowls.
- 26. Serve the chicken wraps alongside the cucumber salad on plates.
