  1. 1. Take the chicken breast fillets out of the fridge and let them warm up to room temperature.
  2. 2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice or grate it into very thin slices.
  3. 3. Clean the dill and parsley, shake them dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Chop the dill and parsley leaves separately into small pieces.
  5. 5. Halve the peaches, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into cubes.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into cubes as well.
  7. 7. Clean the pak choi, halve it, remove the hard stem, and slice it into thin strips.
  8. 8. Place the cucumber slices in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the chopped dill, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the cucumber and mix everything well.
  10. 10. Take a small cup and stir the sour cream with the chopped parsley leaf, salt, pepper, and sugar until smooth.
  11. 11. Rinse the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the chicken cubes for about 4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  15. 15. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Stir in the pak choi, peach cubes, and tomato cubes into the chicken.
  17. 17. Continue to fry the mixture for another 5 minutes.
  18. 18. Finally, season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. 19. Place the wraps on cling film.
  20. 20. Spread a thin layer of the sour cream mixture onto the wraps.
  21. 21. Place the chicken and vegetable filling in the center of the wraps.
  22. 22. Fold in the sides of the wraps by about 3 centimeters.
  23. 23. Roll the wraps tightly from bottom to top using the film.
  24. 24. Season the cucumber salad once more with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  25. 25. Arrange the cucumber salad in bowls.
  26. 26. Serve the chicken wraps alongside the cucumber salad on plates.
