🥤 Refreshing Summer Punch with Homemade Lemonade

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 4 pcs
- Water 250 ml
- Sugar 125 g
- Pineapple 250 g
- Strawberries 250 g
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
- Organic limes 1 pc
- Ice cubes 4 tbsp
- Mineral water, classic 1 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Peel the lemons with a vegetable peeler until you reach the white pith.
- 3. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Put water, sugar, and the lemon peels into a pot.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 6. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Remove the lemon peels from the syrup.
- 8. Add the fresh lemon juice to the syrup.
- 9. Set the syrup aside to cool down.
- 10. Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
- 11. Distribute the pineapple pieces among four glasses.
- 12. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 13. Cut the strawberries into pieces.
- 14. Layer the strawberry pieces over the pineapple in the glasses.
- 15. Wash the blueberries and pick out any unripe berries.
- 16. Add the blueberries to the glasses on top of the strawberries.
- 17. Wash the lime.
- 18. Slice the lime into thin rounds.
- 19. Put the lime slices and ice cubes into a jug.
- 20. Pour the cooled lemon syrup into the jug.
- 21. Top up the jug with mineral water.
- 22. Pour the lemonade over the fruit in the glasses.
- 23. Serve the punch ice-cold.
