Ingredients
- Honeydew melon 1 pc
- Apples, red 1 pc
- Mango 1 pc
- Strawberries 250 g
- Almonds, whole 20 g
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Milk 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the melon and the apple. Remove the core and seeds.
- 2. Peel the mango. Cut the flesh off the pit and dice it.
- 3. Wash the strawberries. Halve large fruits.
- 4. Thread some fruit pieces onto four cocktail picks. You will need them later for decoration.
- 5. Put the rest of the fruit, the almonds, the yogurt, and the milk into a blender.
- 6. Blend everything into a creamy shake.
- 7. Pour the shake into four glasses.
- 8. Decorate the glasses with the cocktail picks and serve them.
