  2. 2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices.
  3. 3. Cut the spring onions into large chunks.
  4. 4. Halve the peppers, remove the core and seeds.
  5. 5. Dice the peppers roughly.
  6. 6. Peel the pineapple with a knife.
  7. 7. Quarter the pineapple and remove the hard core.
  8. 8. Cut the pineapple into large chunks.
  9. 9. Dice the feta cheese roughly.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  11. 11. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
  12. 12. Halve the lemon.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  14. 14. Place the vegetables, pineapple and feta in a bowl.
  15. 15. Add the lemon zest, agave syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Season the ingredients and mix everything well.
  17. 17. Thread the marinated ingredients onto the skewers as you like.
  18. 18. Wash the mint.
  19. 19. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  20. 20. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  21. 21. Place the yogurt in a separate bowl.
  22. 22. Add the chopped mint, one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to the yogurt.
  23. 23. Stir the dip ingredients well together.
  24. 24. Finally, adjust the taste of the yogurt dip.
  25. 25. Preheat the grill or a frying pan.
  26. 26. Grill the vegetable skewers for about five minutes on all sides.
