🍳 Fruity Breakfast Bowl with Cranberry Yogurt

Ingredients
- Cranberries, dried 120 g
- Sour cherry nectar 125 ml
- Cream yogurt Greek style 400 g
- Honey 1 tsp
- Strawberries 175 g
- Raspberries, fresh 125 g
- Watermelon 300 g
- Grapefruit 1 pc.
- Crispy muesli 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the cranberries in the cherry nectar.
- 2. Let the cranberries soak in the nectar overnight.
- 3. Take the cranberries out of the nectar the next day.
- 4. Puree the soaked cranberries until smooth.
- 5. Mix the cranberry puree with the yogurt.
- 6. Stir the honey into the yogurt-cranberry mixture.
- 7. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly among four bowls.
- 8. Select the fresh berries for the garnish.
- 9. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 10. Let the berries drain well.
- 11. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 12. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 13. Use a melon baller to form balls from the melon.
- 14. Peel the grapefruit thickly to remove all the white pith.
- 15. Carefully release the grapefruit segments from between the membranes.
- 16. Arrange the prepared fruits attractively in strips on top of the yogurt.
- 17. Add the muesli as the final step to the bowls.
- 18. Serve the bowl immediately.
