  1. 1. Thoroughly rinse the apricots, strawberries, and peaches under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the apricots and peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh of the apricots and peaches into small cubes.
  4. 4. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  5. 5. Cut the strawberries into small cubes as well.
  6. 6. Rinse one orange under hot water.
  7. 7. Cut this orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
  8. 8. Slice the remaining oranges into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Pour the red wine into a large bowl.
  10. 10. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the wine.
  11. 11. Add the sugar to the wine mixture and stir everything well.
  12. 12. Add the prepared apricots, peaches, strawberries, and oranges to the bowl.
  13. 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about one hour to let the fruits absorb the flavors.
  14. 14. Rinse the mint under running water.
  15. 15. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
  16. 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Add the mint leaves and some ice cubes to the sangria.
  18. 18. Top up the sangria with mineral water as desired.
  19. 19. Enjoy your drink!
