🥤 Fruity Sangria to Enjoy

Ingredients
- apricots, fresh 6 pcs
- strawberries 200 g
- peaches 3 pcs
- oranges 2 pcs
- organic limes 1 pc
- red wine, dry 1 L
- brown sugar 100 g
- mint, fresh 20 g
- ice cubes 8 tbsp
- mineral water, classic 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the apricots, strawberries, and peaches under running water.
- 2. Cut the apricots and peaches in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the flesh of the apricots and peaches into small cubes.
- 4. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 5. Cut the strawberries into small cubes as well.
- 6. Rinse one orange under hot water.
- 7. Cut this orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 8. Slice the remaining oranges into thin rounds.
- 9. Pour the red wine into a large bowl.
- 10. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the wine.
- 11. Add the sugar to the wine mixture and stir everything well.
- 12. Add the prepared apricots, peaches, strawberries, and oranges to the bowl.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about one hour to let the fruits absorb the flavors.
- 14. Rinse the mint under running water.
- 15. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
- 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Add the mint leaves and some ice cubes to the sangria.
- 18. Top up the sangria with mineral water as desired.
- 19. Enjoy your drink!
