🍳 Fruit Almond Porridge with Peach Mango Compote

Ingredients
- Peaches 4 pcs.
- Mango 1 pcs.
- Oranges 1 pcs.
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Vanilla Sugar 2 tsp.
- Cornstarch 1 tsp.
- Apricots, fresh 2 pcs.
- Almonds, whole 4 tbsp.
- Oat flakes, fine 100 g
- Milk 450 ml
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Pour 500 ml water into the mixing container and place the steam cooking insert on top. Wash the peaches, cut them crosswise, place them in the steam cooking insert, cover, and steam on the steam setting for about 5–8 minutes. Then remove the peaches, peel off the skin, halve them, and remove the pits.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Wash the orange and lemon, halve them, and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Add the juice from the lemon and orange, the peaches, the mango, sugar, vanilla sugar, and starch to the mixing container and cook for 8 minutes on setting 3 and 100 °C. Transfer the grits to a bowl and let them cool down.
- 4. For the porridge, add the washed apricots and almonds to the mixing container and chop for 20 seconds on setting 8.
- 5. Add the oat flakes, the milk, and a pinch of salt, and cook everything for 8 minutes on setting 2 and 100 °C. Serve the warm fruit-almond porridge together with the cooled peach-mango grits. Enjoy your meal!
