🍰 Peanut Butter Granola Bases with Frozen Yogurt Banana Topping

Ingredients
- peanut butter 70 g
- honey 70 g
- peanuts, roasted and salted 30 g
- crunchy granola 100 g
- bananas 2 pcs
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- vanilla extract 0.25 tsp
- yogurt, plain 500 g
- chocolate chips 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat the peanut butter and honey together in a small saucepan over low heat until they are liquid.
- 2. Chop the peanuts coarsely.
- 3. Stir the chopped peanuts and the granola into the warm peanut butter and honey mixture.
- 4. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
- 5. Distribute the peanut butter and granola mixture evenly among the liners.
- 6. Press the mixture firmly in each liner using the bottom of a glass to form a compact base.
- 7. Set the muffin tray aside while you prepare the filling.
- 8. Mash the ripe bananas finely.
- 9. Mix the banana puree with the lemon juice, vanilla extract, and yogurt to create a smooth cream.
- 10. Pour the yogurt and banana cream over the prepared peanut bases in the liners.
- 11. Sprinkle the chocolate drops over the cream.
- 12. Place the muffins in the freezer and freeze them for at least 3 hours.
