  1. 1. Rinse the apricots thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Place the apricot pieces into a tall container.
  4. 4. Puree the apricots roughly using a hand blender or a fork.
  5. 5. Wash the basil leaves and shake off excess water.
  6. 6. Pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  8. 8. Rinse the orange under hot water to prepare the peel.
  9. 9. Grate about one teaspoon of orange peel.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
  11. 11. Add the orange peel and juice to a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the honey and yogurt.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  14. 14. Fold the pureed apricots into the yogurt mixture.
  15. 15. Fold the chopped basil into the mixture.
  16. 16. Pour the yogurt mixture into a shallow dish.
  17. 17. Place the dish in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  18. 18. Check the mixture after 90 minutes.
  19. 19. Stir the mixture vigorously when the edges start to freeze.
  20. 20. Repeat the stirring every 45 minutes.
  21. 21. Continue until the yogurt reaches the desired consistency.
  22. 22. Shape the frozen yogurt into balls.
  23. 23. Serve the yogurt immediately.
