🍰 Frozen Apricot Basil Yogurt

Ingredients
- apricots, fresh 200 g
- basil, fresh 20 g
- oranges 1 pc
- honey 100 g
- cream yoghurt Greek style 450 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the apricots thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Place the apricot pieces into a tall container.
- 4. Puree the apricots roughly using a hand blender or a fork.
- 5. Wash the basil leaves and shake off excess water.
- 6. Pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
- 7. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 8. Rinse the orange under hot water to prepare the peel.
- 9. Grate about one teaspoon of orange peel.
- 10. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- 11. Add the orange peel and juice to a bowl.
- 12. Add the honey and yogurt.
- 13. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 14. Fold the pureed apricots into the yogurt mixture.
- 15. Fold the chopped basil into the mixture.
- 16. Pour the yogurt mixture into a shallow dish.
- 17. Place the dish in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- 18. Check the mixture after 90 minutes.
- 19. Stir the mixture vigorously when the edges start to freeze.
- 20. Repeat the stirring every 45 minutes.
- 21. Continue until the yogurt reaches the desired consistency.
- 22. Shape the frozen yogurt into balls.
- 23. Serve the yogurt immediately.
