Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- yogurt, low-fat 500 g
- milk 100 ml
- powdered sugar 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, milk, powdered sugar, and 2 tbsp lemon juice well.
- 2. Place the bowl in the freezer and stir well about every 30 minutes to keep the ice cream creamy.
- 3. Then fill into jars and garnish with various toppings as desired. Enjoy your treat! Tip: Various berries, fruits, chocolate chips, sauces, crumbled cookies, or marshmallows work well as toppings. Your creativity knows no bounds.
