🍽️ Crispy Fried Olives

Ingredients
- olives, green 100 g
- olives, black 100 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- eggs 2 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
- breadcrumbs 160 g
- rapeseed oil 700 ml
Instructions
- 1. Drain the olives well in a sieve.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place the flour on a plate.
- 5. Place the breadcrumbs on a second plate.
- 6. Coat each olive first in the flour.
- 7. Dip the floured olives into the egg-garlic mixture.
- 8. Roll the olives finally in the breadcrumbs.
- 9. Heat the oil in a pan on the highest setting.
- 10. Fry the olives in batches in the hot oil.
- 11. Fry them for about 1 minute until crispy.
- 12. Let the finished olives drain on kitchen paper.
- 13. Enjoy the olives warm or cold.
