🍳 Crispy Frittata with Spring Onions and Ham

Ingredients
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Eggs 8 pc.
- Parmesan, grated 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Parma ham 100 g
- Mixed salad leaves 150 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Use the top and bottom heat setting or the grill function.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly. Cut off the root ends.
- 3. Peel the garlic. Chop it finely.
- 4. Take a bowl. Whisk the eggs with the Parmesan cheese.
- 5. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Heat a pan with butter over high heat.
- 7. Fry the spring onions in the pan for about 3 minutes.
- 8. Add the ham and the chopped garlic to the pan.
- 9. Fry the ingredients for another 1 minute.
- 10. Distribute the spring onions evenly in the pan.
- 11. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
- 12. Place the pan in the oven.
- 13. Bake the frittata for approx. 4 minutes. The egg should be set.
- 14. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 15. Let the salad drain.
- 16. Halve a lemon.
- 17. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 18. Take a separate bowl for the dressing.
- 19. Mix the olive oil with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in the bowl.
- 20. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 21. Toss the drained salad with the dressing.
- 22. Carefully remove the frittata from the oven.
- 23. Cut the frittata into pieces.
- 24. Serve the frittata together with the salad.
