Ingredients
- pepper, red 0.5 pc.
- pepper, yellow 0.5 pc.
- radishes 40 g
- olives, black 5 pc.
- chives, fresh 10 g
- rye bread 8 slices
- cream cheese, plain 80 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers and radishes thoroughly. Halve the peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and the core, and cut into thin strips. Slice the radishes and olives thinly. Rinse the chives.
- 2. Toast the bread slices as desired, then spread with cream cheese and top with the peppers, radishes, and olives. Serve garnished with chives. Enjoy your meal!
