Ingredients
- Pears 2 pcs.
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 60 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Rye bread 8 slices
- Cream cheese, grainy 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and slice them thinly. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and mix them with honey in a bowl.
- 2. Toast the bread to your liking, spread cream cheese on each slice, and top with the pear slices and hazelnuts. Serve on plates.
