🍽️ Cream Cheese Bites with Dried Tomatoes and Nuts

Ingredients
- Almonds, whole 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes, dried 40 g
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Paprika, sweet mild pinch
- Salt sticks 24 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Chop or puree the almonds and dried tomatoes very finely. Wash the thyme, dry it thoroughly, remove the leaves from the stems, and chop finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese well with breadcrumbs, almonds, tomatoes, and thyme. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. If desired, place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 5–10 minutes, then use a spoon and your hands to form small balls about 1 cm in diameter.
- 3. Insert a salt stick into each ball and store the cream cheese bites in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy!
