🍽️ Salmon Cream Cheese Board with Honey-Mustard Dip

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- organic lemons 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 10 g
- smoked salmon 100 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- capers 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel off the outer skin. Slice the onion into very thin strips.
- 2. Wash the lemon under hot water. Grate about one teaspoon of the fine zest.
- 3. Wash the dill and shake it dry. Remove the thick stems and chop the leaves finely.
- 4. Break the salmon into coarse pieces.
- 5. Whisk mustard and honey in a small bowl until you have a smooth sauce.
- 6. Place a piece of baking paper on your serving board. Spread the cream cheese spoonful by spoonful evenly on top.
- 7. Season the cream cheese with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 8. Distribute the sliced onions, the lemon zest, the chopped dill, the salmon pieces, and the capers over the cream cheese.
- 9. Drizzle the prepared honey-mustard sauce over the entire board.
- 10. Serve the board with fresh baguette.
