Ingredients
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- bananas 2 pcs.
- rapeseed oil 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 3. Grate the cored apple pieces coarsely.
- 4. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
- 5. Mash the bananas into a puree using a fork.
- 6. Add the grated apples to the banana mixture.
- 7. Add the rapeseed oil (ensure it is suitable for babies).
- 8. Mix everything well and puree it to your desired consistency.
- 9. Plate the fruit puree and serve.
