🥗 Fresh Bean Basil Salad with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Beefsteak tomatoes 2 pcs
- Onions, red 1 pcs
- Feta cheese 100 g
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- White beans in the can 400 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly. Halve the onions and cut them into strips. Crumble the feta roughly with your hands. Wash the basil, drain it well, and pick the leaves off the stems. Drain the beans in a colander.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the onions, feta, basil, and beans to the dressing and mix everything well.
- 3. Arrange the tomato slices evenly on plates and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and top with the bean basil salad. Enjoy your meal!
