  3. 3. Cut the sweet potatoes into elongated pieces about 2 to 3 centimeters in size.
  4. 4. Place the sweet potato pieces in a baking dish.
  5. 5. Add 3 to 4 pinches of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil.
  6. 6. Mix everything well so that the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Place the dish in the oven and bake the sweet potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Take a frying pan and add the sesame seeds.
  9. 9. Roast the sesame seeds over high heat for about 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir the sesame seeds occasionally while doing so.
  11. 11. Place the roasted sesame seeds on a plate and let them cool down.
  12. 12. Leave the frying pan uncleaned.
  13. 13. Put the rice into a pot.
  14. 14. Add 700 milliliters of salted water.
  15. 15. Bring the water to a boil.

  17. 17. Cook the rice over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Wash the mint thoroughly.
  19. 19. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  20. 20. Finely chop the mint leaves.

  23. 23. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  24. 24. Add half of the chopped mint.

  55. 55. Sprinkle the sweet potatoes with the remaining sesame seeds.
