  1. 1. Place the bread rolls in a bowl and cover them completely with lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Peel the onions and cut them in half.
  3. 3. Put the onion halves into the mixing bowl of the device.
  4. 4. Insert the measuring cup and chop the onions for 2 seconds using the Turbo function.
  5. 5. Push any large pieces down from the side of the bowl with a spatula.
  6. 6. Repeat the chopping process if the onions are not fine enough yet.
  7. 7. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well so that it contains almost no water.
  8. 8. Add the squeezed bread roll along with the minced meat, mustard, egg, salt, pepper, and paprika powder into the mixing bowl.
  9. 9. Insert the measuring cup and mix the ingredients for 45 seconds on level 3.
  10. 10. Take the meat mixture out of the bowl.
  11. 11. Moisten your hands slightly with water.
  12. 12. Shape 10 equal-sized meatballs from the mixture.
  13. 13. Clean the mixing bowl thoroughly.
  14. 14. Wash the kohlrabi and peel it.
  15. 15. Cut the kohlrabi into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
  16. 16. Put 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon of salt into the clean mixing bowl.
  17. 17. Insert the cooking insert.
  18. 18. Put the kohlrabi cubes into the cooking insert.
  19. 19. Insert the measuring cup and steam the kohlrabi for 15 minutes using the steam cooking function.
  20. 20. Remove the cooking insert with the cooked kohlrabi.
  21. 21. Pour the cooking liquid from the bowl into a container.
  22. 22. Measure exactly 300 ml of the liquid.
  23. 23. Pour the 300 ml of cooking liquid back into the mixing bowl.
  24. 24. Add pieces of butter, flour, room-temperature cream, lemon juice, and 2 pinches of pepper into the bowl.
  25. 25. Insert the measuring cup and mix the ingredients for 10 seconds on level 9.
  26. 26. Then cook the sauce for 5 minutes on level 3 at 100 degrees.
  27. 27. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  28. 28. Stir the sauce for 10 seconds on level 3.
  29. 29. Add the cooked kohlrabi back into the sauce in the mixing bowl.
  30. 30. Mix the kohlrabi with the sauce for 10 seconds on level 1 in reverse direction.
  31. 31. Heat some fat in a frying pan.
  32. 32. Fry the meatballs until crispy on each side.
  33. 33. Serve the meatballs together with the creamy kohlrabi.
