🍰 Fluffy French Toast Rolls with Nut-Nougat Cream

Ingredients
- toast bread 8 slices
- nut nougat cream 8 tsp
- sugar 3 tbsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- eggs 2 pcs
- milk 200 ml
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the hard crusts from the bread slices.
- 2. Place the slices flat and roll them out slightly with a rolling pin.
- 3. Spread each slice thinly with nut-nougat cream.
- 4. Roll the slices tightly into a cylinder.
- 5. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 6. Whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
- 7. Add 200 milliliters of milk to the eggs and stir everything well.
- 8. Stir 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the egg-milk liquid.
- 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 10. Skewer a toast roll onto a fork.
- 11. Dip the roll briefly into the egg-milk mixture.
- 12. Place the roll in the hot pan with the seam side facing down.
- 13. Fry the rolls on all sides for about 4 minutes until golden yellow.
- 14. Sprinkle the finished rolls with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 15. Serve the French toast rolls immediately while warm.
