  1. 1. Cut off the hard crusts from the bread slices.
  2. 2. Place the slices flat and roll them out slightly with a rolling pin.
  3. 3. Spread each slice thinly with nut-nougat cream.
  4. 4. Roll the slices tightly into a cylinder.
  5. 5. Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Add 200 milliliters of milk to the eggs and stir everything well.
  8. 8. Stir 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the egg-milk liquid.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Skewer a toast roll onto a fork.
  11. 11. Dip the roll briefly into the egg-milk mixture.
  12. 12. Place the roll in the hot pan with the seam side facing down.
  13. 13. Fry the rolls on all sides for about 4 minutes until golden yellow.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the finished rolls with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
