Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- yogurt, plain 8 tbsp.
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp.
- mustard 1 tsp.
- sour cream horseradish 1 tsp.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Place the chopped garlic into a bowl.
- 3. Add all other dressing ingredients to the bowl.
- 4. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is completely smooth and homogeneous.
- 5. Season the dressing to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 6. Pour the finished dressing directly over your salad.
- 7. Alternatively, you can store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
