Ingredients
- peaches 2 pcs
- Camembert 200 g
- basil, fresh 20 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- sweet mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- baguette 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 2. Cut the peach halves into wedges.
- 3. Slice the Camembert cheese.
- 4. Wash the basil thoroughly.
- 5. Shake the basil dry.
- 6. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 7. Whisk the mustard, sweet mustard, and honey together in a bowl.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 9. Slice the baguette lengthwise.
- 10. Spread the mustard sauce onto the baguette.
- 11. Place the peach wedges on the baguette.
- 12. Place the Camembert slices on the peaches.
- 13. Distribute the basil leaves over the Camembert.
- 14. Place the baguette lid on the sandwich.
- 15. Cut the finished sandwich in half.
