  3. 3. Dice the shallot into very small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Trim off the hard ends of the radishes.
  6. 6. Slice the radishes into paper-thin rounds.
  7. 7. Cut the cress off right at the base.
  8. 8. Take a fork and flake the trout into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the yogurt to the trout.
  10. 10. Add the cream cheese to the trout.
  11. 11. Add the diced shallot to the trout.
  12. 12. Mix all the filling ingredients together well.
  13. 13. Season the trout mixture with salt.
  14. 14. Season the trout mixture with pepper.
  15. 15. Take four slices of toast bread.
  16. 16. Spread the trout mixture evenly over the toast slices.
  17. 17. Place the radish slices on top of the buttered toast slices.
