🍳 Trout Sandwich with Radishes and Cress

Ingredients
- Shallots 1 pc
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Cress bed 10 g
- Trout fillet, smoked 125 g
- Yogurt, plain 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese, plain 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Toast bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the shallot in half lengthwise.
- 2. Peel off the outer skin of the shallot.
- 3. Dice the shallot into very small cubes.
- 4. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Trim off the hard ends of the radishes.
- 6. Slice the radishes into paper-thin rounds.
- 7. Cut the cress off right at the base.
- 8. Take a fork and flake the trout into a bowl.
- 9. Add the yogurt to the trout.
- 10. Add the cream cheese to the trout.
- 11. Add the diced shallot to the trout.
- 12. Mix all the filling ingredients together well.
- 13. Season the trout mixture with salt.
- 14. Season the trout mixture with pepper.
- 15. Take four slices of toast bread.
- 16. Spread the trout mixture evenly over the toast slices.
- 17. Place the radish slices on top of the buttered toast slices.
- 18. Distribute the cress over the radishes.
- 19. Place the remaining toast slices on top as a lid.
- 20. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half.
- 21. Arrange the sandwiches on plates.
