Ingredients
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Gherkins 4 pcs.
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Meat sausage in one piece 1 pc.
- Mini Romaine 1 pc.
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Halve the shallot and peel it.
- 2. Dice the shallot into fine cubes.
- 3. Dice the pickles into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the dill, parsley, and chives thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the herbs.
- 6. Remove the coarse stems from the herbs.
- 7. Finely chop the herbs.
- 8. Cut the meat sausage into strips.
- 9. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head.
- 10. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 11. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 12. Let the lettuce leaves drain well.
- 13. Put yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 14. Mix the dressing ingredients well.
- 15. Add the shallot cubes to the bowl.
- 16. Add the pickles to the bowl.
- 17. Add the chopped herbs to the bowl.
- 18. Add the meat sausage strips to the bowl.
- 19. Add the lettuce to the bowl.
- 20. Combine all ingredients with the dressing.
- 21. Taste the meat salad.
- 22. Serve the salad on plates.
