  4. 4. Wash the dill, parsley, and chives thoroughly.
  5. 5. Dry the herbs.
  6. 6. Remove the coarse stems from the herbs.
  7. 7. Finely chop the herbs.
  8. 8. Cut the meat sausage into strips.
  9. 9. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head.
  10. 10. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  12. 12. Let the lettuce leaves drain well.
  13. 13. Put yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  14. 14. Mix the dressing ingredients well.
  15. 15. Add the shallot cubes to the bowl.
