🍽️ Meat Skewers with Peanut Marinade

Ingredients
- peanuts, roasted and salted 50 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- oil 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- cayenne pepper pinch
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- beef minute steaks 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Chop the peanuts finely. Peel the garlic and ginger and chop them finely as well. In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp oil together with the peanuts, garlic, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
- 2. Rinse the meat, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and cut it into thin strips. Then place the meat in the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Remove the marinated meat, let it drain, and thread it onto wooden skewers. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over high heat and fry the skewers, turning them frequently, for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your meal! Tip: This goes well with [recipeLink=145132].
