  1. 1. In a bowl, knead flour (keep 1 tbsp aside for rolling), yogurt, baking powder, and salt into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 8-10 portions, form balls, and let rest covered with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Rinse the lemon under hot water, finely grate about 1 tsp of zest, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Cut the avocados, remove the pit, separate the flesh from the skin, and dice it. Cut the salmon into strips. Wash the arugula and let it drain.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the avocado with salmon and arugula, and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with horseradish, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, and season to taste. In a separate bowl, whisk honey and mustard well.
  5. 5. Roll the dough balls into thin flatbreads on a floured surface using a rolling pin. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat and bake the flatbreads for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. 6. Spread the flatbreads with the horseradish cream cheese mixture. Distribute the avocado-salmon salad on top, drizzle with the honey-mustard sauce, and enjoy. Bon appétit!
