🍕 Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- wheat flour, type 405 300 g
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- baking powder 3 tsp
- Italian herbs, dried 0.5 tsp
- salt pinch
- Straccetti di Pomodoro 215 g
- basil, fresh 20 g
- mini mozzarella balls 125 g
- salami slices 8 slices
- mortadella slices 8 slices
- oil 1 tbsp
- olive oil 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour (except 1 tablespoon) into a bowl.
- 2. Add yogurt, baking powder, Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
- 5. Shape each part into a ball.
- 6. Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel and set them aside.
- 7. Heat the Straccetti di Pomodoro in a pot over low to medium heat.
- 8. Keep the sauce warm afterwards.
- 9. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 11. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 12. Pat the mini mozzarella dry.
- 13. Halve the mozzarella by hand.
- 14. Take the salami and mortadella out of the fridge to reach room temperature.
- 15. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
- 16. Roll one dough ball thin with a rolling pin.
- 17. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 18. Fry the flatbread on medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 19. Top the flatbread with the warm Straccetti di Pomodoro.
- 20. Add the remaining ingredients as desired.
- 21. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
- 22. Serve the pizza and enjoy.
