  1. 1. Put the flour (except 1 tablespoon) into a bowl.
  2. 2. Add yogurt, baking powder, Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
  5. 5. Shape each part into a ball.
  6. 6. Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel and set them aside.
  7. 7. Heat the Straccetti di Pomodoro in a pot over low to medium heat.
  8. 8. Keep the sauce warm afterwards.
  9. 9. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  10. 10. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Chop the basil leaves finely.
  12. 12. Pat the mini mozzarella dry.
  13. 13. Halve the mozzarella by hand.
  14. 14. Take the salami and mortadella out of the fridge to reach room temperature.
  15. 15. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
  16. 16. Roll one dough ball thin with a rolling pin.
  17. 17. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  18. 18. Fry the flatbread on medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  19. 19. Top the flatbread with the warm Straccetti di Pomodoro.
  20. 20. Add the remaining ingredients as desired.
  21. 21. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  22. 22. Serve the pizza and enjoy.
